-   Added ability to remove vendors rated by Comodo from Vendor List

Win10不支持CIS 12.2.2.7036，将exe安装包运行后解压出来的TEMP目录下的安装包或是用winrar解压出来的软件包，使用CIS—12.2.2.7036.msi替换

cis12.1目录的安装中cis_x64.msi文件后，再运行命令安装。cmdinstall.exe -theme lycia -type alone  -mode cispremium -cisoffersonly

就可将新版软件安装上系统。
