oracle 重建 scott 与hr schemas 方案 脚本，完整版本。
先建好HR或SCOTT账号与权限。
然后sys账号 执行对应的脚本hr.sql 或hr.sql
To install the:
(*) HR schema tables, run hr.sql in the hr_schema directory.
(*) SCOTT schema tables, run hr.sql in the scott_schema directory.
